A Community of Practice is a group of people that share a common interest or concern, and come together to learn from each other and fulfill a common goal. The Hang Out project focuses on the re-engagement of NEETS (young people who are unemployed and not currently studying) into education / the workforce. The purpose of this online forum is for NEETs to come together and share their experiences, and for adult educators to come together and discuss how they can help support NEETs on their journey to fulfilment and inclusion. You may post your thoughts here, or even include a link to an interesting online article that can be useful for other NEETs or adult educators.
